The small town of Conway, MA has a population of fewer than 2,000 persons. Six men from Conway lost their lives while serving in World War II. They are honored by a monument in a landscaped area that contains several other monuments honoring veterans of Conway.

A 4' high by 5' wide rectangular stone contains a bronze plaque with a two column list of names. It is inscribed:
