Construit pour la 1ère fois au 17ème siècle sur les terres d’une habitation sucrière, le Moulin de Val d’Or a récemment fait l’objet d’une restauration complète, qui a notamment permis de restituer les murs, la toiture en essentes de wapa et le mécanisme de manège entrainant les rolles à broyer la canne.
