To Blasterz, it looks like two artists have made graffitis of cats here on a utility box. One graffito is of the artist's name rendered in "ghetto-script" style, but in an abstract cat shape.
The other graffito is a simple line-drawn cat with an initial, possibly also intended as a signature.
The utility box is located on the left side of the parking lot, as you face the market. There is usually a food truck parked here.
