On the north side of a large parking lot in downtown Invermere is a public washroom, a project of the Rotary Club.

A large sign over the front entrances makes it known to those in need that these are, indeed, Public Washrooms and the fact that they are the result of a Rotary Club of Invermere initiative. Given their location, it's a good bet that they get a lot of use, particularly in the summer, when the population of the town multiplies almost ten fold.

Covering the west side of the concrete block biffy is a mural depicting an osprey, successfully fishing for dinner. In the background are Lake Windermere and the Rocky Mountains. The mural is signed by Reichel & Ede.
