From the Sisters Ranger Station, travel generally NNW on US20 for 2.4 miles to the corner on the right.
Type of survey mark: 2-5/8" brass cap on a steel pipe; rising 3"

What indicators are near the mark to help people identify where it is located?:
The sixteenth corner is E, about 300' from the centerline of US20, at a SW fence corner post. An old-style PROPERTY BOUNDARY sign is mounted on a U-post which bears N, 28" from the corner. In the NW quadrant found a ponderosa pine with a healed blaze and a piece of BEARING TREE ribbon. In the SW quadrant found a down tree decorated with a yellow BEARING TREE tag, a BEARING TREE ribbon and a LOCTION POSTER.

Cascade Meadows Ranch property NE from the corner, else Deschutes National Forest land; see also Oregon Corner Restoration Record, Index File No. 0244
