This rather interesting shape is located in a Singapore building with a long history, once a police barracks, now a government ministry office. Enter through the main entrance way (public accessible) and you will immediately see the chimeric mix of humanity, galaxies, and the infinite. It was created for the new millennium.
It seems to be something of a tourist attraction, with a number of people (myself included) snapping photographs.
