This Clock Tower stands 'behind' the Emergency Assembly Area for the Pokolbin Village Shops, just off of Broke Road, in a large grassed 'island'.

It would stand about 4 metres tall, with four 'courses' of faced Hawkesbury sandstone blocks as the base, then an open wooden post and open 'lattice' structure to hold the wooden box aloft.

While the clock holding box is square/cuboidal, there are only two clock faces to this Clock Tower, facing either direction of Broke Road [East and West]. Above the faces is a grey-coloured, curving sloped tin roof, topped with a ball, and a spike [reminiscent of a Chinese Pagoda.] (With ridged flashing on each edge of the curved slope.) There are mouldings jutting out from the dimensions of the supporting stand and box, that go right around the tower, both above and below the faces. While there are smaller and less complex mouldings to inset all four sides of the box that the two clock faces are on.

The two clock faces appear to be with a cast bronze back, fully exposed 'to the elements'. There are elevated bronze minute ticks, and cast Roman numerals, which contrast a black background. The hand is long and tapered, with a circular mounting point, with the shorter hour hand having a bulbous end. Both are painted the same cream colour of the 'clock box' and structure.

This can be easily photographed from Broke Road, or from the car park for the shops.
