DESCRIBED BY NATIONAL GEODETIC SURVEY 1953 IN CARSON CITY. AT CARSON CITY, AT THE POST OFFICE BUILDING, SET VERTICALLY IN THE WEST BRICK WALL, AT THE MAIN ENTRANCE, 16.4 FEET NORTH OF THE CENTER OF THE MAIN ENTRANCE, AND 0.7 FOOT HIGHER THAN THE GRANITE BALUSTRADE.
