Far left is three men. Behind them is another man and a Drug Store. Next is a carriage and behind it are two men. Next to the carriage is another man and behind him is a home.
Next is a white building not labeled, but perhaps a clinic or hospital. Behind it are seven men. Below the last man is another building.
Next is a standing man with a doctor's bag in his left hand. Next to him in the background is another building. Below it are three men and below them is a small building labeled "Hole in the Wall".
Next are three men and below them is a car with a man driving and two women sitting in the back. Behind it are two men.
Next is a building with a man behind it. Next to it are three men. The mural turns a little corner and on the next section is another man and below him are six women in nurses outfits.
