Greek Revival building built by Spencer Field, a partner in the store of Woods, Field & Co. as a residence The architect is believed to be Elias Carter, who is responsible for the design of a couple buildings in Barre. The home was sold to the Bullard family in 1865. Exekial Bullard was an inventor of various improvements to farm equipment. The house was sold a couple more times, and the Barre Historical Society bought the home form the FHA in 1962.
