This is the so-called 'Daimlerturm', an old look-out tower inside the 'Kurpark' in Bad Cannstatt, Germany, Baden-Württemberg.
The tower has been built by Gottlieb Daimler, the inventor of the modern automobile. It was placed inside the private property of Daimler.
The tower was built in 1894 and was expanded to a height of 30 in the 1930ths.
It is only open to the public on special events.
