Over 100 years after they were buried here, this mass grave for men who worked for the Missouri Kansas & Texas Railroad and died of yellow fever while laying track to West Point TX is marked with a modern tombstone at Wood's Prairie Cemetery in West Point.
The tombstone reads as follows:
