Daraus ergibt sich schwerpunktmäßig die Versorgung des transdanubischen Raumes, aber unsere Dienste führen uns auch quer durch den Rest von Wien. Unsere ca. 150 engagierten Mitarbeiter sind in allen Bereichen des Landesverbandes Wien tätig, das sind: Rettungs- und Krankentransportdienst, Sozialdienst, Katastrophenvorsorge und -hilfe, Administration, Jugendrotkreuz und Lehrbeauftragte im Ausbildungszentrum des Wiener Roten Kreuzes.
