I recovered this NGS vertical control mark from 1990 in good condition. I followed the datasheet description of the mark being located 320 feet south of a gravel road leading east and 62 feet east of the highway and got lucky. The rest of the datasheet description may be obsolete since the telephone lines along the highway have been moved to the west side of the highway. There is no nearby winess post to aid in recovery. My more accurate coordinates should place you closer to this mark.
