The flags of twenty Countries are displayed on the boardwalk that runs alongside the River Taff & the Principality Stadium.
The flags represent the 20 teams that played in the 1999 Rugby World Cup, & still fly to this day. (If its windy)
Also on the boardwalk a representation of the Country's flag & iconic associations, feature in a large Mosaic's each over 6 x 4 feet.
