Chrissy Gollan Park has a small bitumen car park, with a couple of picnic tables. The windmill is on the walk to a tricky geocache (ha ha ha).
I am not sure when the windmill was manufactured, but it was placed here in 2012, a few years after the geocache. It is of a 'Southern Cross' design, and stands about 6 metres tall. I would think that it has been placed here not just to make sure that the pond is full, but as an example of the many windmills that had been in the area, and taken from a farm to preserve it.
Visited a few times, with these photos from: 1215, Saturday, 5 September, 2015, as I was heading to work.
