From the Sisters Ranger Station travel generally NW on US20 for about 3.3 miles. Park and hike cross-country about 0.8 miles E to the corner.
Type of survey mark: 2-1/2" brass cap on a steel pipe; rising 4"

What indicators are near the mark to help people identify where it is located?:
The sixteenth corner is on a E-W fence line. Nearby there is a faded old-style PROPERTY BOUNDARY sign mounted on an L-post. In the NW quadrant, at record bearing and distance, found a stump with fragmentary scribing.


What property is this mark defining?:
Cascade Meadow Ranch property S from the corner, else Deschutes National Forest land; see also Oregon Corner Restoration Record, Index File No. 0228
