From the Sisters Ranger Station travel generally NW on US20 for about 3.3 miles. Park and hike cross-country about 1.3 miles E to the corner.
Type of survey mark: 2-1/2" brass cap on a steel pipe in a mound of stones; rising 10"

What indicators are near the mark to help people identify where it is located?:
The sixteenth corner is at a SE fence corner post. There are two U-posts, each with PROPERTY BOUNDARY and LAND SURVEY MONUMENT signs. One bears N, 34" from the corner, and the other bears W, 37" distant. Found a ponderosa pine and a western juniper with partly healed scribed blazes, yellow BEARING TREE tags and LAND SURVEY MONUMENT signs.

Deschutes National Forest land NW from the corner, else Cascade Meadow Ranch property; see also Oregon Corner Restoration Record, Index File No. 0229
