Français Planté en 1795 en tant qu’Arbre de la Liberté, il se dresse fièrement sur la Place du Tilleul. Témoin de toute les fêtes et du temps qui passe, il a subi quelques tempêtes et agressions. Ses heures de gloire, il les a connus lors du tournage du film « Les Tilleuls de Lautenbach » en 1983 puis du court métrage "Face à la nuit" en 2010 et depuis 2006, il est le point de départ du « Chemin du Patrimoine ».

English Planted in 1795 as the Tree of Liberty, it stands proudly on Place du Tilleul. Witness to all the festivals and the passing time, he underwent a few storms and aggressions.
