The Hamilton GO Centre is a designated Heritage Railway Station located in Hamilton, Ontario. The station is a former Toronto, Hamilton & Buffalo Railway Station which was opened in 1933. The art deco building was used up until 1981 when passenger service was discontinued and the TH&B later merged with the Canadian Pacific Railway.

The area was redesigned by Garwood-Jones & Hanham Architects to house GO Transit and bus services. This was reopened on April 30, 1996 and was commemorated on July 12, 1996.

Inside the building there is a war memorial and museum for the Toronto, Hamilton and Buffalo Railway.
