The Millenium Stone is located outside The White Star pub on Kingsway in Stoke.

It is rectangular in shape with five rectangular blocks marked out by carved indents. The larger blocks have vertical grooved patterning. The two smaller rectangular blocks have a smooth surface and are inscribed with 'Kingsway 2000' carved and painted in gold lettering.
This side of the stone can be seen on the approach to the large Kingsway car park as you pass The White Star pub.

On the opposite side of the stone the top smooth faced rectangle has the words;
WELCOME TO
Stoke-on-Trent
TOWN CENTRE.

This side of the stone can be seen when leaving the Kingsway car park on the approach to the town centre.
