From the Sisters Ranger Station travel generally W on US20 and ORE242 for about 2.6 miles. Turn left onto Crossroads Road, continue for about 0.3 miles and park. Walk S, about 980' to the present sixteenth corner.
Type of survey mark: 3" brass cap on steel pipe; rising 3"

What indicators are near the mark to help people identify where it is located?:
The corner is near the junction of a rail fence, which extends N, and the NW corner of a fenced common area. There are two T-posts with PROPERTY BOUNDARY signs. One bears N, 9'8" from the corner and the other E, 9'0" distant. In the NE quadrant, found a ponderosa pine with a partly healed blaze, a yellow BEARING TREE tag and a LAND SURVEY MONUMENT on the backside. There may be a second bearing tree on fenced, private property.

Deschutes National Forest land NE of the corner, else private property
