From the Sisters Ranger Station travel generally W on US20 and ORE242 for about 1.6 miles. Turn left onto FR15 and continue 0.7 miles. Walk W from T15S R9E S1 12 R10E S6 7 COR, WAYMARK WMVHQA, for 0.5 miles to the present corner.
Type of survey mark: 3" brass cap on pipe; rising 6"

What indicators are near the mark to help people identify where it is located?:
The quarter corner is in an E-W fence line, marked with a wood lath. There is a PROPERTY BOUNDARY sign mounted on a T-post which bears W, 28" distant. Found a ponderosa pine with a partly healed blaze, a yellow BEARING TREE tag and a LAND SURVEY MONUMENT sign on the backside. The second bearing tree would be on fenced, private property.

private property N of the corner, else Deschutes National Forest land This corner was set as POINT for Crossroads Subdivision Third Addition by James E. Bussard PLS OR-599 in 1974, Plat Book 13, p. 37.
