G. Herman Danielson
Born in Sweden in 1883, Gustaf Herman Danielson came to Canada via Minnesota in 1904 as Foreman for the Wells Land and Cattle Company at Davidson. He subsequently developed his own farm, with its noted grove of trees, and took an active part in local co-operative organizations. Elected a councillor in 1922, he was reeve of the R.M of Arm River, 1927-34, a school trustee for eight years and a director and chairman of the Davidson Union Hospital Board. Her served continuously from 1934 to 1964 as the member for Arm River in the Legislative Assembly of Saskatchewan.
