Location of court: S. 5th St. & Broadway St. side of park, Elsberry

Almost full court pad, but backboard and hoop only on one side.
Concrete has some chips and cracks, but is still smooth, but not dangerous to run upon.
Top of the arch has good paint as does the foul line, but the rest is really worn out
