This mark is located in Brookline, Massachusetts, at St. Mary of the Assumption Church at 5 Linden Place. As the MHD description states:

"On the east side of Harvard Street, at the Harvard Street entrance to St. Mary's Church. On the south parapet at the top of the landing."

It's not so much a parapet as it is a wall. It is painted brown (both the mark and the wall), but the mark is still quite visible.
