Pont Mariti Bridge - opened in 2006 as part of the Harbour regeneration program.
The Warren truss pedestrian bridge is over 50 feet long & crosses the Marina entrance, in the east dock. The Bridge is named after a local hero.
Jack Mariti was a lifeguard around Burry Port harbour who also taught local youngsters how to swim, who rescued & saved the lives of several people.
