The mark is a NYSDOT disk (marked "S-316.4") set in concrete and is flush with ground level. It is located evenly (about 18") between the curb of the SB lane of the Robert Moses Parkway and the sidewalk directly next to it (see pic). It is located about 0.15 mi. N. of the parking area adjacent to the Niagara Falls Discovery Center.
