This gray metal marker is embedded in a concrete collar on the northern side of the Interstate 10 freeway as it enters Phoenix. The marker and its attendant witness post are inline with a fence beside the freeway. The marker is located approximately 790 feet southwest of the intersection of Elwood St and Harbour Dr. at an angle of 214 degrees. The marker is stamped on the outside A.D.O.T. Highway Div. 19.
