While the radio station CFRA dates back to 1947, the four-tower array along the former highway now known as Prince of Wales Drive was constructed in the 1990s. Since 1993, CFRA has used the news-talk format. The talk often comes with a politically conservative slant. Since 2000, the studio has been in the downtown Ottawa, Byward Market Media Mall.

Posted co-ordinates are for the lane to the main building that has its own relay antenna.
