The Town Hall also know as the Market Hall & Cawdor Hall.
The ornate clock tower has a four faced clock which looks down on the heart of Newcastle Emlyn.

The clock was stopped when I visited, but I suspect it was repaired during building renovations, in 2014.
I was told by a passer by that it was the original clock dating from 1892, but he had not noticed the clock was not working.

Each clock face is about 3 feet across. The Roman Numeral figures, train track minute markers & the classical shaped hands are painted black, on a white background.
