The concrete pillar is very easy to spot, being about four feet tall and about one foot in diameter. It is immediately north of the chain link fence surrounding the airport's weather station and a few feet west of the airport fence. The bolt is mounted on the east side of the pillar, about two feet above ground. The bolt itself has a shape I've not seen previously, sort of reminiscent of an outdoor faucet.
