The former Mills and Ware Co building is a two storey stone with a rendered façade adjoined to a large apartment block where the warehouse once stood. The 1891 building in the Victorian Free Classical style was originally owned by Dalgety and Co, in 1933 it was used as a mill and then sold to Mills and Wares Biscuit Co in 1966, presently the building appears to be vacant.
