Mit über 54.600 Zuschauerplätzen bei nationalen Fußballspielen ist die ESPRIT arena das drittgrößte Fußballstadion Nordrhein-Westfalens und das achtgrößte Deutschlands. In der Multifunktionsarena finden außerdem Konzerte, Shows und andere Sportveranstaltungen statt. Dabei variiert die Besucherkapazität je nach Veranstaltungsart und Bühnenaufbau und kann bei Konzerten auf bis zu 66.000 Zuschauer erweitert werden.

There are also concerts, shows and other sporting events in the multifunctional arena.
