County of obelisk: Lincoln County
Location of obelisk: MO-79 - Star Hope Baptist Church Cemetery, S. of Elsberry

Text on this obelisk is almost totally unreadable.. Nothing on the upper portion could I make out.
On the bottom I can read:

LUCY C.
Daughter of
James Lewis Dawson
Wife of R. Wiggenton
DIED
May 6, 1881
AGED
26 Yrs. 10... 25 D.

Now I list this as a fifteen footer, and I measure it this way. I am 5'7", the angel on the stone almost next to it is about 5'5", making the cross about 10', and therefore the obelisk being about 5' taller would come close to 15'

PS: found this information:
"•First wife of Reuben Thomas Wigginton. Mother of Susan Teresa Wigginton who died in infancy. Tragically, Lucy passed away the next year.

"•Sister of Missouri congressman Clarence Cannon's mother-in-law, who was also a genealogist. About Lucy he wrote:

"Lucy Caroline Dawson, born in Lincoln County, Missouri. McCune College. Died at "El-Mo" farm. As her last illness drew to its close her physician, Dr. Lovelace, realizing that the end was near, suggested that she be told. The family shrinking from the ordeal placed it on the doctor. It was early spring and a bush of flowering almond on the lawy [sic] was just bursting into bloom. Breaking a spray of the blossom he took a seat by her bed. "Don't you think it is beautiful, Lucy?" he asked. "Yes, Doctor," she answered and then startled by the gravity if his manner, "Why do you ask?" Pausing for a moment, he bowed his head. "Heaven is more beautiful than this," he said." ~ Cannon, Clarence, The Dawson Book, 1958, page 19
