Both the County Courthouse and the City Hall are located in this very large T-shaped building. The Cherokee County Courthouse faces north on W. Delaware Street.
This is a three-story building with narrow one-over-one windows, set in doubles. The building has a veneer of pebble-embedded masonry panels. The main entrance is an aluminum and glass double door with wide sidelights, and a set of fixed panes on the 2nd and 3rd floors. The entrance approach is covered with a metal canopy walk way.
This building houses the Cherokee County offices, District Court, and County Sheriff.
