Rotary Club of Invermere began in 1977 and continues to be very active in the community sponsoring events and fundraisers.

The Mount Nelson Athletic Park is one of many projects provided by the Invermere Rotary club. It offers a children playground, fitness equipment, skate park, ball fields, and many picnic tables and benches.
