From the Sisters Ranger Station travel generally W on US20 and ORE242 for about 1.6 miles. Turn left onto FR15 and continue 0.7 miles to the corner on the right.
Type of survey mark: 3" brass cap on steel pipe; rising 4"

What indicators are near the mark to help people identify where it is located?:
The section corner is N, about 100' from FR15, at a SE fence corner. Found four ponderosa pines with partly healed blazes, yellow BEARING TREE tags on the facing sides and LAND SURVEY MONUMENT signs on the backsides. There are two T-posts with PROPERTY BOUNDARY signs. One bears W, 7'6" from the corner, and the other N, 8'0" distant.

Private property NW of the corner, else Deschutes National Forest land; see also Survey CS10211 filed in the Deschutes County Surveyors Office This corner was set as the INITIAL POINT for Crossroads Subdivision Second Addition by James E. Bussard PLS OR-599 in 1973, Plat Book 12, p. 39
