From the Sisters Ranger Station travel generally W on US20 and ORE242 for about 2.3 miles to the corner on the right.
Type of survey mark: 3" brass cap on steel pipe; rising 8"

What indicators are near the mark to help people identify where it is located?:
The quarter corner is N of ORE242 in top of the cut bank, and at a SW fence corner post. There are PROPERTY BOUNDARY and ATTENTION signs mounted on a T-post which bears E, 24" distant. In addition there are PROPERTY BOUNDARY and LAND SURVEY MARKER decals on a Carsonite post which bears N, 29" distant. Found one ponderosa pine with a yellow BEARING TREE tag and an ATTENTION sign on the backside.


What property is this mark defining?:
Private property NE of the corner, else Deschutes National Forest land
