Wer die Tür zum Laden öffnet, empfängt der Duft von aromatischem Kaffee und feinster Schokolade.
Probieren Sie doch mal den Cappuccino/ Espresso aus 100% Arabica-Bohnen. Bio und Fair gehandelt und auf einer italienischen Espressomaschine perfekt zubereitet.
Mit dieser excellenten Mischung wird auch der Affogato (eine Kugel Vanilleeis übergossen mit einem heißen Espresso) zu einem wahren Sommergenuss.
Das Kaffeeangebot wird hauptsächlich von einem wahren „Kaffee-Missionar“ genutzt. Valentin Hofer betreibt seit mehr als 20 Jahren seine eigene Rösterei in Südtirol. Er verwendet nur die allerbesten Bohnen, die schonend vor Ort geröstet werden. Nachhaltigkeit und Transparenz sind seine obersten Gebote.
Dazu passende Accessoires und besondere Deko-/Geschenkartikel runden das Angebot ab.

The coffee shop is mainly used by a true "coffee missionary". Valentin Hofer has been operating his own roasting mill in South Tyrol for more than 20 years. It uses only the very best beans, which are gently roasted on the spot. Sustainability and transparency are its top priorities.
