WMAS-FM is a high powered radio station that plays music of the 70's, 80's & 90's in an adult contemporary format. The station was recently purchased by Cumulus Media which has it's local office in Enfield, CT. The radio station, together with it's sister station WHLL 1450 AM, broadcasts from the Basketball Hall of Fame at 1000 Hall of Fame Avenue, Springfield, MA. Both stations transmit their broadcasts from the transmission tower originally owned by Lappin Communications and located at 101 West Street in Springfield, MA.
