His Majestys Hotel was as suggested by the date on the top corners erected in 1890 , but was substantially rebuilt in 1903-4 resulting in the present building. The bottom 1.8m os Cottesloe limestone with render to the first floor level then plain brick to the eaves. The hotel has bars, restaurant and shops on the ground floor and accomodation above.
