This large striking example of Victorian architecture, features strong columns surruounted by contrasting arches above the first floor window. The second floor has oranate window surrounds whilst at the top of the building is a magnificent stone balustrade.
The eextension (the lower part of the building above the corner retail unit) features very elaborate frieze decoration on the facade and an interesting contrasting decoration above both the first and second floor window.
The building actually has three floors although the third floor is not readily visible from ground level.
Today, the first floor is a two-bedroom flat whilst the second and third floor is given over to a single flat on two levels. There are three retail units on the ground floor.
