Based on field measured GPS UTM grid coordinates, the present quarter corner bears S89.2°W from T14S R9E S34 35 T15S R9E S3 2 COR, WAYPOINT WMVGQZ, 2671' distant.
Type of survey mark: 3-1/4" brass cap on iron pipe; flush with ground

What indicators are near the mark to help people identify where it is located?:
Found two ponderosa pines each with a partly healed blaze, an old-style BEARING TREE shield on the facing side and a LAND SURVEY MONUMENT sign on the backside. There are LAND SURVEY MONUMENT and PROPERTY BOUNDARY signs mounted on a T-post which bears W, 8'6" from the corner. The corner is just N of the E-W fence line, 8" NNW from a wooden post.
