They are open daily from 4:30 AM to midnight, probably for the many travelers who are going back and forth across west Texas. This one is on the small side. It's not cramped, but it's dominated by a large table with peripheral seating. There's plenty of space to sit outside and enjoy the Texas heat: 91 degrees on April 16. There are just a few places for you to recharge your gadgets.
