To locate marker from Mesa Arizona, drive north on Power Rd. to Lower Salt River Recreation Area. Power Rd. turns into Bush Hwy. in the recreation area. Drive east on Bush Highway past Saguaro Lake. Continue approximately 3 miles from the intersection with Butcher Jones Beach Rd and make a U-turn at the Beeline Hwy overpass and return south on Bush Hwy. Continue south on Bush Hwy for a little more than 2 miles then pull off of the road at a safe spot with a wide wash on your right.

Follow the coordinates west along the wash to the marker. There is a low rock cairn marking the location of the Disk. High grass in the wash makes the marker difficult to see.

Hazards include venomous reptiles, thorny bushes and hot summer temperatures.
