This white rectangular plaque is inscribed in black lettering with the following dedication:

Moore E. Canadian Army
Quayle J.G. Black Watch
and the WWII section lists 4 names:

The top left and right-hand corners of the Plaque feature red 'Archibald Knox'Style designs.
Interestingly although the Plaque gives 6 names for those who gave their lives in WW1 there are 33 Commonwealth War Graves Commission burials of the 1914-18 war in the Churchyard of Church. One being an unidentified sailor of the Royal Navy. (There is a single Commission burial for WW11 - Stanley Killey Hall, Private, Age 23, 22 May 1945 - who is not named on the Plaque)
