This white rectangular plaque is inscribed in black lettering with the following dedication:
IN
GRATEFUL & LASTING
MEMORY OF
THE MEN OF THIS PARISH
WHO LAID DOWN THEIR LIVES
IN THE WORLD WARS

The Great War section of the Plaque lists 6 Names as follows:
1914-1918
Corkish RH - Irish Gauards
Cregeen W - Canadian Army
Little J.D. - Scots Guards
Moore W.D. H.M.T. Sapper
Moore E. Canadian Army
Quayle J.G. Black Watch

and the WWII section lists 4 names:
1939-1945
Corris J. Scots Guards
Christian H.M.S.Glorious
Graham W. R.A.F
Hall S Seaforth Highlanders

The top left and right-hand corners of the Plaque feature red 'Archibald Knox'Style designs.

Interestingly although the Plaque gives 6 names for those who gave their lives in WW1 there are 33 Commonwealth War Graves Commission burials of the 1914-18 war in the Churchyard of Church. One being an unidentified sailor of the Royal Navy. (There is a single Commission burial for WW11 - Stanley Killey Hall, Private, Age 23, 22 May 1945 - who is not named on the Plaque)
