Respected and Revered Scoutmaster
of Troop 47, Albany, Texas
As boy scouts we took this oath
"On my honor I will do my best
to do my duty to God and my
country and to obey the
Scout law to help other
people at all times, to keep
myself physically strong,
mentally awake, and
morally straight.
In his everyday life our Scoutmaster
Graham Webb, exemplified these
words for us Honor and Duty,
Helpful Strong and Straight
In those ways we became better than
we would have been - to him
we give much credit
