Husuv sbor - a monumental neo-Classicist building from the 1920s, located on the NW border of the Olomouc historical center, serves as a main church of local congregation of Czechoslovak Hussite Church.
Husuv sbor is basilical structure (main nave and two aisles, 30 m long) vaulted by a dome-shaped roof with a lantern and tower. A bell tower with a Hussite chalice on the top is located asymmetrically to the church on its NW corner. The main prayer space, located on a raised ground, is accessible by a large staircase with six columns. The cornerstone of the church, designed by architect Hubert Aust in a mixture of neo-Classicism and Decorativism, was laid on July 6, 1926. Sbor was ceremonially opened on September 5, 1926. A spacious underground columbarium designed by the same architect and located under the church, was built in 1940-1942.
