Charles Page (6/2/1860 - 12/27/1926) was a philanthropist and early settler in Oklahoma Indian Territory. Arriving in 1901, he was responsible for establishing the town of Sand Springs, as a home for orphans and widows.

At the corner of Main and Broadway, there is a triangular monument park with a large monument dedicated to Charles Page. The display consists of a large granite wall with the standing figure of Charles Page. At ground level, on the left is a sculpture of a mother and baby, and to the right is a sculpture of two children. The memorial honors the work Charles Page did in establishing the town as a haven for widows and orphans.

Leading to the front of this memorial is a walkway of bricks, with approximately 350 engraved with donors to this project. Across Broadway is the Page Memorial Library building, and the sidewalk in front of the building also is brick with approximately 400 engraved donated bricks. They were honoring donations to renovations to that building. Together, these two walkways relate to funding work done to honor Charles Page.
